SHIPPING & RETURNS
All shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
All Items are shipped within 8-10 Working days of placing an order. Please allow additional transit time during peak and holiday seasons.
We ship using FedEx Express (4 to 5 days) For USA, CANADA SKYNET for UK HONG KONG
If you purchase multiple items in a single order then you only pay shipping for the first item and all additional items are FREE SHIPPING.
In case you want to return a free shipped item, Costumer is responsible for paying both ways shipping and also re-stocking fee of 30%.
We will pay shipping for any wrongly shipped item or if you receive the wrong size.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Leather Edges orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for full refund.
Leather Edges take pride in making products from the highest quality materials to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Return Shipping Chargers May Apply*
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable, 30% Re-stocking fees are applicable and buyer must pay for return shipment.
If the incorrect product was sent or the goods arrived damaged, we will pay for return shipment.
Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges are available on items that have not been personalized or customized within 30 days.
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized / customized are not eligible for return.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the returned product has been received at our main office.
To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right to not refund the following:
• Items with a missing label or an item that has been used
• Items that have been soiled or contaminated
